Services
Alina Hansen Music provides remote vocal recording services including hooks, verses, background vocals, harmonies, topline writing, and custom collaboration projects. Each project is scoped from the information submitted through the quote form or direct communication.
Quotes And Payment
Quote totals are estimates based on selected service options and release terms. Collab Offer projects are priced at $300 for Hook / Chorus and $500 for Hook + Verse. Buyout Offer projects are priced at $1,250 for Hook / Chorus and $1,500 for Hook + Verse unless otherwise quoted. If Alina Hansen writes the lyrics, a $75 songwriting fee applies, and a $500 Fully Clean Buyout add-on is available under Buyout Offer projects as described below. Work is reserved after payment is confirmed.
Collab Offer Projects
If the client chooses the Collab Offer, Alina Hansen is participating as a featured/topline contributor. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, master (sound recording) royalties are split 50% to the client and 50% to Alina Hansen, and publishing (songwriting) shares are split 50% to the client and 50% to Alina Hansen, regardless of who wrote the lyrics.
Buyout Offer / Work-For-Hire Projects
A Buyout Offer only ever transfers the master (sound recording) — Alina Hansen does not require a master royalty split for the approved project. It does not automatically include the publishing (songwriting) share. If the client provides the lyrics, Alina Hansen has no songwriting claim and the buyout is fully clean by default. If Alina Hansen writes the lyrics, she is a co-writer of the composition and retains a 25% publishing share unless the client also purchases the Fully Clean Buyout add-on (+$500), which reduces her publishing share to 0% as well. Publishing on Alina Hansen's own lyrics is never included in the base Buyout fee — it is only transferred through the paid add-on.
Publishing Registration
Whenever Alina Hansen holds any publishing share — under a Collab Offer, or a Buyout Offer where she wrote the lyrics and the Fully Clean Buyout add-on was not purchased — both parties must register the song with their respective Performing Rights Organizations using the agreed splits. The client must request and use Alina Hansen's songwriter, PRO, CAE, or IPI information before registering the composition.
Credit And Metadata
Clear credit is required on streaming platforms, YouTube, liner notes, and release metadata on every project, regardless of offer type or publishing split. Credit may appear as a featured artist, vocalist, songwriter, or other mutually approved format. Credit is never optional.
Distribution Splits
Whenever Alina Hansen holds a master or publishing share, the client should use a distributor that supports automatic royalty splits, such as DistroKid, TooLost, TuneCore, or a similar service, and must set up Alina Hansen's agreed percentage(s) before release.
Client Materials
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any beats, lyrics, references, samples, or files you submit. You are responsible for clearing any third-party rights in your instrumental or release.
Delivery And Revisions
Delivery timing begins after payment confirmation and receipt of usable project materials. Standard packages may include limited revisions as described in the booking flow. Major scope changes may require an additional fee.
Limitations On Vocal Use
Delivered vocal stems may only be used for the approved client project. The client may not resell, repackage, distribute as a sample pack, extract or recreate Alina Hansen's voice, or reuse/chop the vocals into another song without a new written agreement.
Refunds
Because vocal recording is custom creative work, payments are generally non-refundable once production begins. If a project cannot proceed, the studio may offer a credit, partial refund, or revised timeline at its discretion.
